Official Transcript Request Form: Students are responsible for ensuring that requests are submitted well in advance of deadline dates. Requests are processed in the order in which they are received and may take up to 2 weeks to be processed. AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE ACADEMIC RECORD: In accordance with the University of Toronto's Access to Student Records Policy, the express written consent of the student is required to release the transcript. Transcripts will not be issued to or at the request of third parties without written authorization of the student. Please print the form "Official Transcript Request Form" which is in .pdf format and send it with payment to Theresa Vicioso.

SAS ATS Self-Study Project

St. Augustine's ATS [Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada] Self-Study Project is underway. Throughout the project constiuents will be contacted and invited to take surveys. St. Augustine's Accreditation Visit is scheduled for October 24 - 27, 2011 and we invite comments in writing concerning our qualifications for accreditation. Please direct written and signed comments to Theresa M. Vicioso, Director, SAS ATS Self-Study Project by December 31, 2010 [t.vicioso@utoronto.ca]. These comments will be available to the visiting team members. Please visit www.ats.edu for details about ATS.

TST's Association for Theological Schools' Accreditation

The Toronto School of Theology invites comments from its constituencies about the school in preparation for its periodic evaluation by its accrediting agency. The TST is currently engaging in a self-study process in preparation for a comprehensive evaluation visit September 26-29, 2011, by a committee representing The Commission on Accrediting of The Association of Theological Schools. The committee will review the institution's ongoing ability to meet the Standards for Accreditation. The public is invited to submit written comments regarding the institution's qualifications for accreditation to:
